ORDER

                    Sh. Amandeep Singh, counsel for the OPs has made the following statement, recorded separately: -              

                   “I have received mobile handset, in question, alongwith accessories from the complainant today”. 

                   Sh. Rachit Malhotra, complainant has made the following statement, recorded separately: -

                   “The OP has complied with the order of this Forum dated 27.07.2015. I have received Cheque bearing No.714238, dated 08.02.2016 for Rs.10000/- in favour of Rachit Malhotra from Sh. Amandeep Singh, counsel for the OPs. I do not wish to press this execution application. So, this execution application be dismissed as withdrawn, subject to realization of the Cheque bearing No.714238”.

                   In view of the aforesaid statement, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn, subject to realization of the Cheque. Warrants / certificate if any, sent in this case be recalled.

                   Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
