Sh. Amandeep Singh, counsel for the OP -1 has made the following statement, recorded separately: -

                        “The OP-1 offers to pay Rs.16000/- (Rs.13499/- as invoice price plus Rs.2501/- as cost of litigation) to the complainant in full and final settlement of the dispute.  The amount will be paid within 30 days from today”. 

                        Sh. Monish Kumar, complainant has made the following statement, recorded separately: -

                        “I accept the offer.  I withdraw this complaint. I shall return the accessories and original job sheet to the OP-1 at the time of receiving of the payment of Rs.16000/-. The mobile set in question is with OP-2”.

                   In view of the compromise arrived at between the parties, it is ordered that OP-1 shall pay a sum of Rs.16000/- in full & final settlement of the dispute within 30 days from today, failing which the OP-1 shall pay the above said amount along with interest @18% p.a. from the date of filing of the complaint till the date of realization. Parties shall be bound by the statements made before this Forum. 

                        Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
