3. M/s Singla Traders, 1173/11, Mahatma Gandhi Chowk, Sonipat – 131001, through its Authorized representative.

Complaint under section 12 of the consumer protection act.

 

Present:  Sh. YK Verma, Adv. for complainant.

          Sh. Mannu Malik, Adv.for respondent no.1.

          Respondent no.2 in person.

          Sh. Vikas Hooda Adv. for respondent no.3.

ORDER

          The present case put up before the Lok Adalat.

          Ld. Counsel for the respondent no.1 has made a statement that the respondent no.1 company will return Rs.11000/- to the complainant within 45 days from the date of passing of this order subject to the condition that the complainant shall return the accessories of the mobile.

          Ld. Counsel for the complainant has made a statement that he is satisfied with the statement of ld. Counsel for the respondent no.1 and keeping in view the above, he does not to continue with the present complaint.

          Heard.

          Statement of both the parties recorded separately.

          Keeping in view the statement made by both the ld. Counsel for the parties, the present complaint stands disposed off being the matter settled before the Lok Adalat.  However, both the parties shall remain bound by their statement and is directed to do the needful within the stipulated period.

          File be consigned after due compliance.
