Today the case is fixed for appearance of the Ops against the bailable warrants. At this stage, counsel for the complainant has made a separate statement in which he states that the order of this Forum has been complied by the opposite parties. The complainant has received the full and final payment and he has no grievances against the opposite parties. The case, therefore, may please be closed.

In view of the statement, it is clear that order under execution has been fully complied with. Hence, the present execution application has become infractuous and the same is disposed of accordingly.

                   A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
