The instant case is fixed today for filing show cause by the complainant. Complainant is absent without any step. No show cause has been filed as per previous order.
Perused the case record.
It is seen from the case record that the complainant remained absent on last 3 or 4 dates. On 31.01.2017 direction was given to the complainant to file show cause, but no answer to show cause has been filed.
Again, as per order No: 10 dated 11.01.2018 the complainant was directed to file show cause by today in default the case will be dismissed.

Today also the complainant is absent without step. No show cause has been filed.
Despite issuance of show cause order the complainant failed to appear and no answer to the show cause filed. Probably the complainant has lost interest in the case and she is not willing to proceed with the case in any further.
Therefore, we left no option but to dismiss the case of the complainant.
Hence, it is ordered that the Consumer Complaint, being No: CC- 504 of 2016 is dismissed for default.
