On 7.1.2016, counsel for the opposite party No.1 got recorded his statement that opposite party No.1 is ready to refund 80% of the price value of the mobile handset in question i.e.80% of Rs.11700/- subject to return of mobile set in question, original bill, job sheet and accessories in possession of the complainant within 15 days from today in the service centre. Today, Sh.Navneet Singh, brother of the complainant got recorded his statement that he accepted the offer made by the counsel for the opposite party No.1 on behalf of the complainant and case may be disposed off accordingly.

Resultantly, present complaint is disposed off with directions to the complainant that he shall return the mobile set in question, original job sheet, original bill alongwith the accessories in possession of the complainant, to the opposite party within 15 days from today and opposite party No.1 is directed to refund 80% of the price value of the mobile handset in question i.e.80% of Rs.11700/- to the complainant within one month from the date of receipt of the mobile set in question, original job sheet, original bill alongwith the accessories in possession of the complainant in the service centre. Copies of the orders be furnished to the parties free of costs. File is ordered to be consigned to the record room.
