In this acse applicant is absent since long due notice was send to the applicant from this office on his proper address given in the complainant petition which returned back to this office with an indorsement that addresee left, so despites best efforts made by this forum appearance of complainant in this case could not be procured.

                   Thus, in view of afformention facts and circumstances this case is dismissed in default as becausee complainant has lost his interest in this case. keep the record in the record room.
