                   Sh. Amandeep Singh, counsel for the OP-1.

ORDER

                    Vakalatnama has been filed on behalf of OP-1. Sh. Amandeep Singh, counsel for the OP-1 has made the following statement, recorded separately: -

                   “The OP-1 offers to pay Rs.3000/-  (Rs.1800/- as invoice price plus Rs.1200/- as cost of litigation) to the complainant in full and final settlement of the dispute.  The amount will be paid within 30 days from today”. 

                   Sh. Shri Prakash, complainant has made the following statement, recorded separately: -

                   “I accept the offer.  The defective mobile handset is with the service centre (OP No.3).  I withdraw this complaint. I shall return the accessories to the OP-1 at the time of receiving of the payment of Rs.3000/-“.

                   In view of the aforesaid statements, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.

                   Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
