        Sh.Munish Gupta, Advocate.

       Sh.Rishi Bansal, Advocate for OP1.

      OP2 exparte.

      Sh.Alok Mohindra, Advocate for OP3.

 

                   Sh.Sat Paul Garg, Member is on leave today. Sh.Rishi Bansal, Adv. for OP1 has suffered a statement that the OP1 has instructed him to settle the matter with the complainant, as such the OP1 is agreed to pay the amount of Rs.8000/- to the complainant in lump sum as full and final claim amount within 30 days from today.

                   On the other hand, complainant Sh.Rajesh Sharma has suffered a statement that he has heard the statement of Ld. Counsel for OP1 and he agrees to the same and he accepts the said offer. The complainant shall not claim anything in future except the amount of Rs.8000/- from the OP1. The complainant shall bound by this statement. Original mobile set is lying with the service centre i.e. OP2. The complainant shall return the original bill, original job sheet dated 4.9.14 at the time of receiving of settled amount. As such, he does not want to pursue with the present complaint and the same may kindly be dismissed as compromised.

                   In view of statement suffered by Ld. counsel for complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as compromised. Parties shall remain bound by their statements. However, OP1 is directed to pay the amount of Rs.8000/- to the complainant within 30 days from today. File be consigned to record room.
