As per the office report this complaint case was received through post on 10.08.2016 and it has been put up on 10.08.2016 / 27.09.2018. Since the matter was put up before earlier chairman and member of this Commission therefore rest of the facts have been considered. It appears that complainant was noticed to remove the defects, but it appears that thereafter complainant has been absent which shows that he has got no interest in this case. It is also relevant to mention that on 25.06.2022, notice was also issued against the complainant but he did not turn up. Under the aforesaid, reason this complaint case stands dismissed for default.
