Final Order / Judgement 04.10.2023 Present: Sh. G. K. Mangla, Advocate counsel for complainant.   Office report seen. Heard. An application has been moved by the counsel for application. The counsel for complainant has not supplied separate correct address of OP. He has submitted that the address of OP is same which is already mentioned in the complaint and it is last known address of OP. He further submitted that the OP has received the legal notice of complainant on the same address and sent the reply to the legal notice to the complainant.    In view of the submission made by the complainant vide his application, let fresh notice to OP be issued for 8.11.2023  on the  address given in the complaint. The application stands disposed of accordingly.
