                    Local Bar has suspended the work.  In this case the complainant was appearing in person to pursue his complaint.  From the perusal of the order sheet it is revealed that since 14.10.2015 the complainant has not appearing in this case.  This case is pending for notice to OP no. 1 & 3 but the notice could not be issued to Ops no. 1 & 3 for want of registered cover and copies of complaint etc.  In the absence of the complainant this case has been adjourned 6-7 times for the compliance of the order and the presence of the complainant but the complainant did not bother to appear and pursue his complaint.  Case called several times since morning.  It is now 2.15 p.m. but the complainant did not appear.  It seems that the complainant is not interested to pursue his complaint.  Therefore, the complaint of the complainant is dismissed for non compliance of the order and in default.  File be consigned to the record room.
