                                      File put up today on the application moved by complainant seeking withdrawal of the present complaint. Complainant has also suffered a separate statement that matter stands settled with the opposite parties and ops have installed solar system, so he does not want to pursue further with the present complaint and permission to withdraw the same may be given. In view of the statement of complainant, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. File be consigned to the record room.
