JUDGMENT

Both sides represented through counsel.  Both sides submit that the dispute in this appeal has been settled for an amount of Rs. 53,111/- (Rupees Fifty Three Thousand One Hundred and Eleven only), which the consumer has offered to pay in five installments. A memo to the said effect has also been filed.  In view of the above, this appeal is disposed of in terms of the compromise entered into between the parties.  

The statutory deposit made by the appellant shall be returned to him, on proper application.
