               Shri Sumeet Girdhar appeared on behalf of OP no.2 and made a statement that he will give Rs.6000/- to the complainant till evening.

               Complainant made a statement that in view of statement of OP no.2 he withdraw his present complaint.

                 In view of statement of both the parties, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
