ORDER

     In compliance with the notice/order dated 15.05.2020 & 29.05.2020 of the Hon’ble State Commission, U.T. Chandigarh, case taken up through video conferencing due to outbreak of COVID-19 & measures to control it, as per Standard Operating Procedure framed by Hon’ble State Commission.

     Received through e-mail. Per office report, the complaint has not been drafted in proper procedure and no complete sets of the paper book annexed. Even the perusal of the complaint received does not disclose title i.e. name of the parties and their addresses. This has not been drafted as per procedure. Hence filed having not been properly drafted. The complainant is left at liberty to file fresh complaint separately as per procedure.

       A copy of this order be sent on the e-mail of the complainant as per his e-mail address furnished. The file be consigned.
