Heard on admission and rejected. It is the case that the complainant has taken a policy with the 2nd respondent and 2nd respondent issued policy to complainant. The complaint is filed to get reimbursement of medical expenses. The claim amount is not given by respondent and the complaint is filed. It is seen that the Forum has no territorial jurisdiction to consider the case. The policy was issued by 2nd respondent which is situated in Ernakulam. It is found that there is no cause of action within the limitation of this Forum. Hence rejected.
