Present: Sh. Harsh Kumar complainant in person.

              Sh. A.K.Bali, Advocate, counsel for OP.

 

                        Complainant made a statement that compromise has been effected with the OP and he withdraws the present complaint being fully satisfied, which may be filed.

                        In view of the aforesaid statement made by complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Copies of this order be sent to the parties concerned free of costs as per rules. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
