ORDER:

                     Complainant made statement that the matter has been compromised with the opposite Parties. As per compromise, he has received the original RC. Now, he does not want to pursue with the present complaint and withdraw the same. In view of the statement of complainant, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance
