          This is a transfer application No. 04/2022.

          No ground is made out to transfer the complaint case No. 311/2012 Smt. Sheela Singh V/s Met Life Insurance Company Ltd. & another pending before the learned District Consumer Commission, Varanasi, however, it is directed that the learned District Consumer Commission, Varanasi will decide the complaint expeditiously preferably within a period of six months from today without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties and without influence any previous order passed by the learned District Consumer Commission in the case of the husband of the complainant.

          The transfer application is disposed of accordingly.
