ORDER

This is a complaint praying to direct the opposite parties:

1. To replace a new mobile of same model or to refund the cost of the mobile.
2. To pay a sum of Rs.55000/- with interest 24% p.a. from the date of this complaint till realisation as compensation under Section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986
3. To pay the cost.

On receipt of summon, the opposite party No.1 filed its reply version and case was posted for enquiry.

Today, when the complaint was called,  the complainant present. Counsel for complainant filed memo stating that "the above said matter is settled out of the Forum and hence I pray this Hon'ble Forum to dispose it as not pressed as it is settled with the complainant full satisfaction".

In view of the endorsement made in the memo, this complaint is hereby dismissed as not pressed. No cost.
