ORDER

The judgement in this complaint is pronounced in CD/19/99 and the copy of the same is ordered to be kept in the records of this complaint. This complaint is allowed. The complainant is held entitled to the amount of Rs.26,000/- towards the deposit amount with interest at 12% p.a. with effect from 25.1.1999 till the date of realisation together with Rs.2,500/- as compensation for mental and physical agony that she has suffered and Rs.250/- towards the costs of the proceedings. Further the respondent shall pay the amount of Rs.26,000/- with interest at 12% p.a. with effect from 25.1.1999 till the date of realisation to the complainant together with Rs.2,500/- as compensation for mental and physical agony that the complainant has suffered and Rs.250/- costs of this proceedings within two months from the date of the receipt of the copy of this judgement and order apart from bearing her own costs of this proceedings. Send the certified copies of this judgement and order to both sides parties by R.P.A.D. immediately.
