ORDER

This judgement in this complaint is pronounced in CD/19/99 and the copy of the same is ordered to be kept in the records of this complaint. This complaint is allowed. The complainant in CD/21/99 is held entitled to the amount of Rs.26,000/- with interest at 12% p.a. from the date of deposit till the date of realisation together with Rs.2,500/- as compensation for mental and physical agony that he has suffered together with Rs.250/-towards the costs this proceedings from the respondent. The respondent shall pay the amount of Rs.26,000/- with interest at 12% p.a. from the date of deposit till the date of realisation to the complainant in CD/21/99 together with Rs.2,500/- as compensation for mental and physical agony that the complainant has suffered and Rs.250/- as costs of this proceedings within two months from the date of the recveipt of the copy of this judgement and order apart from bearing their own costs. Send the certified copies of this judgement and order to both sides parties by R.P.A.D.
