ORDER

This judgement is pronounced in the open court on seperate sheets of paper today. Complaint is partly allowed. 1.Opposite party NO.2 is directed to refund an amount of Rs.8,984/- to the complainant within period of 2 months. If amount is not paid as mentioned above, the complainant would be entitled to receive interest at the rate of 18% p.a. till payment, from such date. 2.Having regard to the fact and circumstances and contributory negligence there is not order regarding the damages and costs. Send the certified copies of this judgement by RPAD to O.P. No.1 and 2 and under certificate of posting to the complainant.
