ORDER

a.Complaint is partly allowed. The O.P.'s are Directed to pay compensation of Rs.5,000/- to the complainant within two months from the date of this order.failing which thesaid sum shall carry future interest at 10% p.a till the date of payment. b.The o.p.'s shall also pay cost of Rs.1,000/- to the complainant. c.We have not passed our judgement on the correctness or otherwise of the back bill raised by the O.P.'s Hence this order is without prejudice to the right of the complainant to file the second appeal against the back bill raised by the O.P.'s and the concernce 2nd appellate authority may consider the period spent by the complainant in prosecuting this complaint from 21/07/04 till the date of order for the purpose of condonation of delay.
