ORDER

Compliant is allowed as under:- The disputed bills are hereby quashed. O.P. is permitted to retain an amount of Rs.750/- each tentatively as consumption charges towards meter No.VGEH 6255 (Folio.No.2369) and 6254 (Folio No.2368). The excess amount should be refunded tod the complailnant within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order, failing which the complainant would be entitled to receive interest at the rate of 10% p.a. till the date of payment. The O.P. shall prepare a final bill in the month of July 2994 taking into account the average consumption of the complainant recorded from 15.06.2003 to 15.06.2004 and issue adjustment bill to the complainant either refunding the excess amount or claiming excess amount as the case may be for the period of one month 8 days that is from 02.05.2003 to 10.06.2003. Parties to bear their own costs. Send certified copies of this judgement and order to both parties under COP.
