This judgement is pronounced in the open court on seperate sheets of paper today.<br /> The bill dated 2-3-1999 for Rs.333/- and bill dated 2-7-1999 for Rs.664/- in respect of HNL/9 are hereby quashed.<br /> As a consequence the opposite party is directed to prepare a bill only for consumption of 42 units under bill dated 2-3-1999 treating the same as Tariff LT-1 and refund the balance amount out of Rs.333/- to the complainant within period of 2 months with interest at 18% p.a. from the date of receipt, till the date of payment.<br /> Oppoiste party is further directed to treat the said installation as LT-1 for preparing future bills, as if it is for normal domestic consumption.<br /> Complainant is entitled for damages of Rs.1,500/- and cost of Rs.500/-.<br /> Send the certified copies of this judgement and order to both parties under certificate of posting.
