This is a complaint filed by the complainant U/s 35 of Consumer Protection Act 2019 for an order directing the opposite party to pay compensation to the complainant for deficiency of service and unfair trade practice on the part of opposite parties.

            After receiving the complaint notice issued to complainant to appear before the commission for hearing the admission of the case.  On submission from the complainant it is realized that the facts of the case arised in the year of 2018.  Hence as per section 69 of Consumer Protection Act, there is delay in filing the complaint before the commission.  Moreover, there is no reason for condoning such delay also.  It is well settled that the representation will not extend the time of limitation.  Hence this complaint is barred by limitation.  Therefore the same is hereby dismissed.
