Heard learned counsel for petitioner.
After petitioner suffered adverse order from District Forum, appeal was filed before State Commission and during pendency of appeal, while staying operation of impugned order, State Commission directed petitioner to deposit Rs.5 lakhs. It is against aforesaid interim order that petitioner has come in revision with a grievance that amount asked to be deposited is harsh and onerous. Since the amount, which requires to be deposited by the petitioner is subject to restitution, we find no merit in revision petition. It is accordingly dismissed.
