ORDER

Present:       Sh. Piyush Verma, Advocate for the complainant.

Sh. Guneet Dhinga, Advocate for OP no.1&2.

Sh. Rajbir Singh, Advocate for OP no.3&4.

 

          Case file taken up today on the application moved by counsel for the OP no.3&4.  Sh. Rajbir Singh, counsel for the OP no.3&4 made a statement that he has compromised the matter in the National Lok Adalat and as per compromise OP no.3&4 will give Rs. 55,000/-(Fifty Five Thousand only) to the complainant within 45 days from today. Counsel for the Complainant has also made a statement that his complaint be decided as per statement of counsel for the OP no.3&4. In view of this, OP no.3&4 is directed to pay Rs. 55,000/- (Fifty Five Thousand only) to the complainant within 45 days from today failing which OP no.3&4 will pay the said amount alongwith interest @9% per annum from the date of filing of this complaint till realization. Complaint stands disposed off accordingly. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance. Copy of order be supplied to both the parties as per rules.
