1.         Meridian Mobile Pvt. Ltd. A 24/5, Ground Floor, Mohan Cooperative, Indl.Estate Mathura Road, New Delhi 110044.

2.         Anubhav Sewing Machine, SCO 1016, Sector 22-B, Chandigarh.

3.         GSM Masters, Quite Office No.4, Sec.35-A, Chandigarh.

                                                                                                            - Opposite Parties

 

Present:           Complainant in person.

                        Sh.Virender Mishra, Zonal Service Incharge/Representative of OP No.1.

                        OP No.2 & 3 ex-parte.

 

Dated, the 4th day of March, 2011.

                        ORDER

1.                     This case has been taken up today in the Lok Adalat. Efforts were made to settle the matter, which stood fructified and the parties have settled the dispute. Statement given by them is reproduced as under:-

“Statement of Sh.Satpreet Singh s/o Sh.Didar Singh, Complainant in person.

 

The matter has been amicably settled between the parties. As per settlement, I have received refund of invoice amount of Rs.1450/- vide cheque No.506397, dated 23.2.2011 drawn on ICICI Bank Ltd. in my favour towards my satisfaction. The old handset in question i.e. Fly Mobile ds110i is already lying with OP No.3. Hence, I withdraw my complaint subject to encashment of aforesaid cheque of Rs.1450/-.

I have gone through the above statement given by the complainant and accepted it as correct”

 

2.                     The respective parties shall remain bound by their statements.

3.                     Keeping in view the above, since the complainant has withdrawn the present complaint subject to encashment of cheque, the same is allowed and the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.

4.                     Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
