On persual of the order sheet it disposes that, sufficient time granted to the complainant to adduce his evidence, but he did not shown interest in showing the program of this case. To day also complainant remained absent, hence we are of the view that, reasons mentioned in the adjournment application are not proper and sufficient as such this case is dismissed for non prosecution.
