Sh. Rohit Srivastava, learned counsel for the complainant; Sh. Kushal Gulati, learned counsel for opposite party   Nos. 1 to 3 and Sh. Anil Rawat, learned counsel for opposite party No. 4, are present through video conferencing.

None is present on behalf of opposite party Nos. 5 and 6.

An application has been filed on behalf of the complainant, stating therein that the dispute between the parties has been amicably settled, hence the complainant may be permitted to withdraw the consumer complaint.

Learned counsel for the complainant submits that the matter has been settled between the parties outside the court, hence he may be permitted to withdraw the consumer complaint.

Learned counsel for opposite party Nos. 1 to 4 have no objection to the request made by learned counsel for the complainant.

Accordingly, the application is allowed and the consumer complaint is dismissed, as withdrawn.
