It appears that the complainant is residing within the jurisdiction of Siliguri Commission and the O.P has the office at Salt Lake, Kolkata – 700106. So according to the C.P. Act, 2019 this Commission has no territorial jurisdiction to try this case. It should be filed either at Siliguri or at Salt Lake, Kolkata – 700106. So, the case is not admitted. Return the copy of the complaint along with other documents to the complainant for filing the same in the appropriate Commission. The case is disposed of.
