2.      Oriental Insurance Company Limited, Branch Office Opposite Hindi Girls College, Court Road, Jagadhari through its Branch Manager.

O R D E R

A.S. NARANG, JUDICIAL MEMBER:

 

(The matter has been heard through virtual hearing).

2.                Mr. M.K. Garg, counsel for the petitioner as well as Mr. Mem Singh, respondent No.1 state that they have compromised the matter. As per the compromise, Tata Motors Finance Limited would give Rs.1,00,000/- (Rs. One lakh only) to Mr. Mem Singh (Respondent No.1) and he would have no objection to the payment of money lying with the District Consumer Commission alongwith interest thereon to the petitioner. Mr. Mem Singh (Respondent No.1) has also filed an affidavit on record.

 

 

 

3.                In view of the compromise between the parties, present Revision Petition stands disposed of. The District Commission would release the money to Tata Motors Finance Limited being after satisfied that Tata Motors Finance Limited has paid Rs.1,00,000/- (Rs. One lakh only) to Mr. Mem Singh (Respondent No.1).

                   File be consigned to the records.
