Present: Sh. Vikas Aggarwal, Advocate, counsel for DH.

 

                        Counsel for the DH made a statement that he withdraws the present execution petition because in compliance of order dated 31.03.2016 the JD No.2 has handed over the handset and amount of compensation. As such, the compliance of order has been made and complaint may kindly be disposed off.

                        In view of the aforesaid statement made by counsel for the DH, the present execution petition stands disposed off accordingly. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
