Present:    None for complainant.

                 Respondent ex parte.

                               

                This complaint has been called several times since morning but the complainant has failed to appear before this Forum either in person or through his Advocate up to 3:45PM.  Further wait is unjustified.  Moreover, in terms of order dated 21.11.2018 passed by this Forum the complainant has not deposited a sum of Rs.5000/- as fee of local commissioner/court commissioner, it means the complainant is no more willing to prosecute the complaint. Complaint is dismissed on account of default in appearance by the complainant.  File be consigned to the records.
