Present: None for DH.              

 

                        Today the case was fixed for filing of correct address being last opportunity. Case called several times since morning. It is 3.30 P.M. but none appeared on behalf of the DH. From the perusal of order sheet, it is appraised that the execution petition fixed for filing of correct address since 25.08.2015 but he failed to do so. It seems that DH is not interested to pursue the present execution petition. Hence, the present execution petition is hereby dismissed in default. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
