ORDER

Present:        Complainant in person.

                     Sh. Sachin Kumar Singla, Advocate for OP no.1

                     Sh. Satender Ghanghas, Advocate for OP no.4

 

             Sh. Satender Ghanghas, counsel for the OP no.4 made a statement that he has compromised the matter in the National Lok Adalat and as per compromise OP no.4 will give Rs. 11,000/- to the complainant within 30 days from today. Complainant has also made a statement that his complaint be decided as per statement of counsel for the OP no.4. In view of this OP no.4 is directed to pay Rs. 11,000/- to the complainant within 30 days from today failing which OP no.4 will pay the said amount alongwith interest @9% per annum from the date of filing of this complaint till realization. Complaint stands disposed off accordingly. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance. Copy of order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
