Complainant in person has been heard on the point of admissibility of the complaint.
2. This complaint has been filed by the complainant for purchase of three products from the different sellers. As per copy of invoice/bill dated 08.06.2023 facial kit was purchased by the complainant from Pallavi Gupta West Delhi for Rs.549/-, as per invoice/bill dated 02.06.2023 purchased body lotion (coffee) from Chandubhai Dhanani, Surat, Gujarat for Rs.97/- and as per invoice dated 12.06.2023 complainant purchased Flair Student Club Creative Series from Ankur Malik, Ludhiana, Punjab for Rs.225/-. It was necessary for the complainant to file separate complaint for each product as the product has been purchased from different sellers and difference places.

On perusal of the complaint, the affidavit submitted by the complainant received online is totally defective and despite direction of this Commission, the complainant has not submitted original copy of affidavit at the time of hearing. The form of the complaint is defective as even she has not submitted details of events (date-wise) as required and necessary performa has already been circulated in Bar Association Panipat as well as affixed on the notice board of this Commission.
4. In view of above discussion, the present complaint is not maintainable in the present form. However, the complainant is at liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action after meeting out the necessary requirement as discussed above.
5. For the reasons recorded above, the present complaint is not maintainable in the present form and same is hereby dismissed at this stage.
6. Copy of this order be supplied to the complainant free of costs and file be consigned to the records after due compliance.
