Present :- None for the Complainant.

The present complaint was received through E-Dakhil. As per office report of Ahlmad, Notice was sent to the complainant by Regd.Post on 13.4.2023 and as per online report that "Delivery Confirmed" on 18.4.2023, but the complainant did not appear despite the case was adjourned to different dates for preliminary hearing. Today also, neither the complainant nor anyone on his behalf has come present. The case has been called number of times since morning . It is 4.10 P.M. Case again called, but none is present. It seems that Complainant is not interested in persuing the present complaint. Hence the present complaint is disposed of and File be consigned to the record room.
