ORDER

     Vakalatnama on behalf of complainant has been filed.

     At this stage, vide his separate statement, Sh.Kartik Parmod Goyal, Counsel for Complainant has stated that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and as per settlement, he has received draft for an amount of Rs.11,000/- bearing draft No.001617 dated 07.12.2023 drawn on HDFC Bank in favour of complainant Chetan Gupta from OP No.1 through its counsel Sh.Vivek Tiwari, Advocate, in full & final settlement in the present matter and hence he does not want to proceed with the present consumer complaint further and prayed that the same may be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

     In view of the above, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
