ORDER

The present proceedings are filed against an interim order dated 10.1.2011 passed by the U.P. State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Lucknow, in Appeal No. 1063 of 2010. Strictly speaking, petitioner cannot come before us against an interim order and we cannot interfere in the orders passed. However, it would be open for the petitioner to approach the State Commission again, if he has any difficulty in making the compliance of the order as is sought to be put before this Commission that Meerut Development Authority has demanded amount of more than Rs.22 lac from him towards balance price of the land. The revision petition stands disposed of with these observations.
