                         There is no representation for the appellant today also. The second opposite party in CC.No.712/14 on the file of Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Ernakulam has filed the appeal challenging the Order passed by the District Forum dated 29.04.2017 by which the appellant was directed to refund the price of the air ticket of                Rs 21,987/- and compensation of Rs 15,000/-(Rupees fifteen thousand) to the complainant / first respondent.

        We consider that the appeal is not sustainable. Further there is a delay of 78 days in filing the appeal. No sufficient grounds / reasons made out to condone the delay. Hence the petition to condone the delay and the appeal are dismissed.
