ORDER

1.Complaint is Partly Allowed. 2.O.P.s are directed to pay a sum of Rs.500/- towards interest for delayed settlement of claim,failing which the said amount shall carry future interest at the rate of 9% p.a. 3.O.P.s shall pay cost of Rs.500/- to the complainant. 4.Send a copy of this order to O.P.by RPAD and to the Complainant under COP.
