3. Dr. Ushma J. Shah, Ph.D. Senior Research Associates of Medgenome Labs Ltd., 3^rd floor, Narayana Netralaya building, Narayana Health City, 258/A Bommasandra, Hosur road, Bengalurue-560099.

Present: Sh. Zile Singh, complainant in person alongwith Sh. Ankit Chaudhary, Advocate.

                OP-1 exparte vide order dated 01.05.2023.

Sh. Prakhar Deep Shahi, Assistant Manager alongwith Saurabh Trivedi, counsel for the OPs-2,3 & 5.

                   OP-4 given up.

                     Today the case is fixed for compromise, if any, otherwise for evidence of the OPs-2,3 & 5. Compromise effected.

                   Sh. Prakhar Deep Shahi, Assistant Manager has suffered his separate statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised with the complainant and he has handed over Demand Draft bearing no.009825 dated 30.01.2024 amount of Rs.8,50,000/- to the complainant.

                   On the other hand, complainant suffered his separate statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised with the OPs and he has received Demand Draft bearing no.009825 dated 30.01.2024 amount of Rs.8,50,000/- from the OPs, so he withdraws the present complaint against the OPs being fully satisfied.

       In view of the above statements, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Both parties will bound their statement. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
