Mr. A. Acharyya, learned counsel, appearing for the opposite parties have submitted that in terms of compromise settlement arrived at between the parties, they have paid Rs. 5,00,000/- ( Rupees five lakhs) to the complainant as full and final settlement. Mr. Kailash Das, complainant who is present in person today before the Commission, has submitted that he has already received the amount of Rs. 5,00,000/- from the opposite parties and thus, he does not have any further claim against the opposite parties.

                 In view of the same, the complaint case is disposed of on compromise. The Compromise Deed dated 4-5-2017 filed by way of an affidavit  shall form part of the record.
