Petitioner/complainant had taken his wife to the respondent hospital as she was suffering from sever chest pain.  Patient was admitted and was advised for angiography.  Complainant was told that the rate of package for angiography was Rs.13,000/-.  Grievance of the petitioner is that instead of agreed rate of Rs.13,000/-, respondent charged Rs.43,626/-.  Aggrieved by this, petitioner filed a complaint before the District Forum.

District Forum dismissed the complaint holding that the payments recovered were in order.  Aggrieved by this, the petitioner filed an appeal before the State Commission.  State Commission has affirmed the order of the District Forum and dismissed the appeal by passing a detailed order.

We have gone through the orders passed by the fora below and do not find any infirmity in the orders passed.  Dismissed.
