JDr is present and files letter.  It is seen from the letter of Chief Medical Officer, Public Hospital, Mulbagal that OP1 in CC No. 80/2009 was retired from service on 31.12.2004 and hence directing OP2 therein i.e., JDr herein to recover the amount from the salary of OP1 does not arise.  Hence, DHr is at liberty to take appropriate steps in appropriate Forum for recovery of the amount.  Hence, this Execution Petition does not survive and disposed off.
