ORDER

Arguments heard.

During the course of arguments, counsel for Directorate of Health alongwith Mr. Ajay Rana from department have stated that they have filed the calculation sheet according to which the complainant was entitled for an amount of Rs. 81,611/-.

He has further argued that this amount was to be paid by the Education Department under whom the complainant served.  Counsel for complainant have stated that they were willing to accept the amount of Rs. 81,611/- which was admissible under the rules, but they have stated that the said amount be paid with interest as Regional Director of Education (South)(OP-2) and Deputy Director of Education (South-West)(OP-3) have held this amount without any reason.  The fact that Counsel for complainant have shown his willingness to accept the amount of   Rs. 81,611/- which was admissible under the rules, it is ordered that complainant be paid an amount of Rs. 81,611/- with interest @6% p.a. from January, 2015.  The order be complied within a period of 60 days.  If not complied, the settled amount of                     Rs. 81,611/- will carry additional interest of 1% from the date of order till realization.

Copy of the order be supplied to the parties as per rules.

File be consigned to Record Room.
